Erika earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science with a minor in Psychology from Northeastern University. Throughout her career, she has worked at various clinics in the Greater Boston area before recently relocating to New York City. Her clinical expertise spans orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, return to running and sport, injury prevention, and pelvic floor dysfunction.Erika is passionate about treating patients of all fitness levels and creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment. She believes in developing holistic, individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Committed to advancing her clinical skills, Erika has completed continuing education courses including Lumbar Spine Management, Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete, and Nathan Carlson’s Stress Fracture School. Recognizing the pelvic floor’s crucial role in overall function, she has pursued additional training through Herman and Wallace and the Institute of Clinical Excellence.

A former collegiate track and field athlete, Erika stays active through strength training, yoga, hiking, and softball. In her downtime, you’ll find her reading, knitting, exploring independent bookshops, and searching for NYC’s best cold brew.
