This dedicated group includes care coordinators and office management professionals who serve as the first point of contact for clients, assist with scheduling, patient communication, and clinic coordination, and help maintain the high standard of personalized care the practice is known for. Members like Krydia Ddungu, the Upper East Side Care Coordinator, bring enthusiasm and a patient-centric approach to their work, while the Office Manager and other care coordinators support both clinical operations and patient needs behind the scenes.
